Reconciliation is offered Monday through Friday at St. Peter's Church
Mindful of our 225 year history in lower Manhattan, we celebrate in Word and Sacrament God's presence among us, empowering us to be His witnesses in the world today.
“Making All Things New” is a pastoral planning initiative of the Archdiocese of New York which seeks to address how the archdiocese can best meet the religious, spiritual, and pastoral needs of the people of God now and into the future. We are proud to announce that Monsignor Robert O'Connor will be joining St. Peter’s Parish in September. Most recently he was pastor of the Church of the Blessed Sacrament in New York City’s Upper West Side where he has been since 1985. Born in Manhattan, Monsignor O’Connor was ordained along with our very own Fr. Arthur Leone in 1956 by Cardinal Spellman. In 2006 Pope St. John Paul II elevated him to the rank of Monsignor. We look forward to his wisdom and inspiration and we will do our best to make him feel right at home.
